Elise is an angel. She delivered my daughter a beautiful floral arrangement for her birthday to Syracuse University. She is so kind , called me to let me know she delivered it. Buying flowers is intimidating. I never know exactly what to get, they always feel overpriced, and florists are usually too busy to give a lot of attention to me. When I walked into Floral Essence I was immediately greeted by the owner and he asked me what I needed. I barely described anything to him when he showed me a vase he had just put together. It was a gorgeous arrangement of sunflowers and other colorful things (I'm sorry, I'm not too knowledgeable about this stuff). I bought it on the spot and he threw in a card and offered me a pen. He wrapped it, tied a ribbon around it, and arranged the card in the middle. It came out beautiful and my fiancee thought it was perfect. I'll be visiting this shop for all my floral needs. Amazing!

I highly recommend Floral Essence! From the moment I called them from out of town to order flowers for my daughter's bridal shower, I received friendly, caring, reliable service. Not only were the flowers gorgeous, and the prices reasonable, but the owner personally delivered them to the shower venue on her day off! The room sparkled and my daughter's shower was just lovely. She later told me she was saving the beautiful container from one of the centerpieces to hold cards at her wedding reception. Thank you so much for all of your help and kindness - and for your beautiful floral arrangements!

I wanted to send my friend a specific type of flower and Elise was very accommodating. She checked with her supplier and was able to find the flowers and even deliver the arrangement on the same day I ordered, which was such a pleasant surprise! Her service was friendly, the flowers beautiful and delivery was faster than expected! I would definitely order from Floral Essence again! Thank you so much, Elise!

I don’t live in the Syracuse area so I wasn’t sure who to use when I needed to send my close friend flowers for her birthday. I am so glad I chose Floral Essence!! They went above and beyond to deliver a beautiful bouquet of 50 roses! I wasn’t aware my friend would be out of town on the day of her birthday but Floral Essence was so accommodating and even made sure to deliver fresh roses just over a week later! The customer service was incredible too! I’m so glad i made the right choice!

I decided to use this service to send flowers to celebrate my best friend’s major milestone, and I couldn’t be more pleased. I don’t live in Syracuse, so I went with them thanks to the reviews. The young man who took my order was very attentive and helpful, the flowers were delivered when I requested, and they even called me back to clarify one of the instructions I gave. All it took was a less than 5 minute call to put my order in, so I highly recommend them. And the flowers came out looking beautiful!

This is a special florist ... artistic talent with a heart. I called from the west coast on Saturday for a Sunday delivery to a funeral. Elise is amazing! She took the order, confirmed the delivery the next day and sent this picture of the perfect arrangement to honor my Uncle. This is the go to Florist in Syracuse! Thank you.

I needed flowers for my father's funeral and I decided to try a black owned florist. Walking in not knowing it was a childhood friend of the family. Lisa really did a beautiful casket spray for my dad. I will definitely visit this business again. Many options and tailored the floral arrangements specifically for my dad. Unfortunately, 2 weeks later I needed her services again for my brother. Again, another awesome job. She made me feel that my family was important and deserved the best that she had, even praying for our healing during this difficult time in our lives❤.
